I absolutely LOVE that Eggspresso now has vegan options on their menu! They have vegan pancakes, crêpes, and waffles. Today I tried the crêpes and added strawberries. They were delicious, although they reminded me more of thin pancakes. That was perfectly fine, though, because I was a little worried they might taste too "eggy." Our server was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The ambiance feels exactly like a breakfast place should. The only thing I would change is the lights hanging over the booths. They could use some type of shade because I found them a little too bright and distracting. The restroom was nicely decorated and felt very homey. I love the positive, feel-good message on the wall, "Hello. You're looking gorgeous today." Overall, it was a good experience! I'll definitely be back to try more of their vegan menu! read more
