SLOW service. Ordered on their app at 10:33am on a Sunday for drive-through pickup. Line for drive-through was long and slow moving. I was already committed at 20 minutes waiting, so I stuck it out for the purpose of this review!
By the time I got to the pickup window, (after waiting over 10 minutes at the drive-up speaker with no one addressing me being there) and with the intention of leaving, I proceeded to pull up to the window to see if anyone was there. It was now 11:44AM. I would have left, but my order was already paid for and would have to go through a most likely painful process of getting a refund. I finally caught the attention of a staff member and asked if my online order had been made and if it wasn't, I was going to cancel and leave. My order was there... made who knows how long before I arrived at the pickup window, and everything was cold. I did accept my order, cold from waiting, and asked the staff member what their issue was... she said they were busy and only had 3 people working. No fault of hers, unless she's management and doesn't know how to appropriately run the staff.
Hopefully, this extenuating wait was due to unforeseen staffing circumstances on the part of the store. Otherwise, something drastic needs to change here! read more
