Crown Donut is the pinnacle of donut shops. This is a Family owned and operated hole in the wall with impeccable service and peak coffee & donut selection. Every time anyone steps foot into this shop, we are always greeted warmly and treated with respect. The folks here take my order with care and are patient when I try to decide which donuts I should get for the fam. The heart and soul in this shop is everything. They have gluten free donuts on the weekends which has become the highlight of my Saturday mornings (as someone with Celiac disease). As someone born and raised in Austin and a witness to how the city has changed drastically over the years, it fills my heart to see a classic family owned business like this still around. The included picture is from this past Xmas morning when I snuck out of the house to surprise everyone with donuts.
