Complete Trenchless's website looks impressive -- polished branding, glowing testimonials, and a badge claiming they're BBB-accredited with an A+ rating. But if you actually follow the BBB link on their own site, you'll find that they're not accredited and have an "F" rating with multiple unresolved complaints. That should have been my first red flag.
The initial crew they sent out was friendly and seemed competent. They got the trenchless line replacement done, and the work passed inspection. But once Cesar, the owner, received his final payment -- before the job was fully completed -- he disappeared. Completely stopped answering calls, only occasionally responded to texts after I threatened escalation, and even then just sent vague promises like, "We'll come tomorrow." I got that same excuse five times over nearly three weeks. Each time, nobody ever showed up.
Now I'm left with multiple open trenches in my yard, exposed pipe, and an increasingly frustrated right-of-way inspector who could hold me liable for the unfinished state of the project. The pictures attached show how they left my front yard (even their cones are still here).
Cesar might underbid competitors to win your business, but this company is a total gamble. If you do take the risk, I strongly advise you never pay in full until every part of the work is completed and confirmed in writing.
