Very convenient, low stress, thorough PALs certification. The online portion was very thorough (takes a couple of hours, but convenient from home). The in-person location was clean. It was easy to follow the instructions. Once the online portion was complete, the only thing I had to do in-person was compressions and ventilations on an adult and infant manikin and I was awarded my certificate.
