The Clear Creek Makerspace is an amazing part of the Wheat Ridge community. I feel very lucky to have it only a few blocks from my residence and also situated by Anderson Park where I walk my dog often. I didn't know what it was for a while even though I walked by it probably close to a hundred times. I'm glad I walked in one day to inquire about the space. There is so much that the makerspace offers including wood shop tools and lessons, a laser cutter, 3D printing, sewing, entrepreneurship classes, and so much more. If you are looking for a new hobby but don't know what you want to pursue, this place may provide some good options for you. The building itself is nice both outside and in. The outside has nice flowers and landscaping while the inside has been spotless clean every time I visited. It seems to be really well-run.
