Ok honestly, I've come here before recently and did not have a great experience. Today, Brenda greeted us and was warm and welcoming while asking us if we had any questions. Indeed we do, Brenda. Indeed we do. So! My Bff Jill and I (her name isn't Jill but I'm feelin this rn so let's just roll with it) went in to get an earring kit and the free piercing (bff goals, right?!) and Brenda helped us do just that. We asked to split the earring and piercing and Brenda asked her manager Amie if that was cool. It was cool. It was ice cold. It would just be $3 extra for each of us to pierce the cartilage since we were splitting it. Moving along, we get the cheapest set ($18.99) of earrings and get prepared for the fun part! Amie was training Brenda to do piercings, but I was more than willing to be victimized, if needed. Brenda was awesome!!! She marked my ear and then showed me to see if it was ok instead of just stabbing me wherever she wanted. I chose to move it up a little more and she was totally fine with marking it again. In just a tiny pinch, it was all over. She perfected my piercing and I'm in love with it! Bff also got hers done by Brenda and she loves it too. But I'll let her review this experience herself!
