My father in law told me about this "chicken salad" place near him in Florida. Visiting him recently, my wife and I went with him and my mother in law to Chicken Salad Chick to check it out. This is a franchise that specializes in all different types of chicken salad. If you love chicken salad like me, this place is heaven! The owner was there and walked us through the whole process of describing the different types and how to order. They also offered samples of we weren't sure. I ordered the "Olivia's Old South" which is made with hard boiled eggs and pickles and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup as a side. My wife had 2 scoops of the Fruity Fran, made with apples, grapes, and pineapple. The sandwiches were outstanding! I loved mine on the toasted wheat bread. This store is new and super clean. There's plenty of tables to sit at and parking is easy with the lot in front. If you're in the area and like chicken salad, I highly recommend this place! read more
