If you are a sourdough fan, this is the bakery for you! She opened a few weeks ago and we decided to stop in today after following on social media for a few weeks. We were there on a Saturday around 10am and most things were sold out by then. Definitely go earlier than we did! I opted for an egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough. You can choose between original, cheddar, or jalapeno bread or an English muffin. The egg was fried fresh and the bread was soft and spongy. They have lunch sandwiches as well and delicious-looking cinnamon rolls if you can get there early enough. Plus some rotating limited items like cinnamon bagels that I saw on Facebook.
