February 25, 2026 This was a very frustrating visit. The store was dirty, the ice machine wasn't working, and customer service was lacking. We stood at the ice cream counter for nearly 10 minutes while 4-5 employees stood together in a group conversation without acknowledging us. There was minimal eye contact and no attempt to assist us. One employee even commented that she didn't belong at the ice cream counter because she works in the kitchen. Regardless of job role, customers waiting that long should at least be acknowledged or directed to someone who can help. There did not appear to be any management present, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and inattentive. This location needs improvement in cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and basic service expectations. read more
