Scheduling an appointment: Easy and fast...at first. However; I guess his front office lady left and I didn't hear back from them for a long time about my daughters dental surgery. By the time Dr. Andy himself (playing the role of dentist and receptionist) called me back, I had already taken my daughter to another dentist. Office visit: The front and back office staff were good. His office is a bit outdated though and the fish tank was really dirty. I thought the back office would be nicer...but I was wrong. His back office was so full of clutter, it made me question allowing my daughter to have surgery in there. My thought was, "what else are they not cleaning??" Dr. Andy was wonderful with my special needs daughter. He is such a nice guy!!!!! His back office assistant Julie is also very nice. Prices & insurance authorization: His prices are fair. I can't vouch for the insurance authorization though because his front receptionist left and nobody was hired for quite some time. It has been months and I still don't think they have hired someone to run the front. Dr. Andy has to be one of the nicest people/dentist I have ever met!!!!! He is so nice that I don't have the heart to tell him I went somewhere else. It's very unfortunate that he is a solo practice doc because I'm sure it is expensive for just him to keep up with the latest equipment and to be able to afford more staff and new furniture. read more
