4.5 stars- My wife had computer issues and was running out of memory for her Apple air while I needed a new battery for my Apple 8 phone. I called Glen and made an appointment; he listened to our needs and said he needed a day to order parts and dissect her computer issues. Glen fixed my wife's computer as promised but needed extra time to fix my phone. I deducted a 1/2 star because I had to initiate follow up to retrieve my phone and it took a bit longer than expected. He did fix my problem as well and ultimately delivered the phone for a reasonable cost. I would use his services again if needed in the future.
