James from Ace came out and look at a tree that we were having problems with, half of it was dead, it was too tall and it was in an alcove , surrounded with aluminum awnings and a roof. I tried to get as much as I could get off, even put a ladder on the roof up against the tree... Not smart! After calling a few people around the lake and getting the runaround or ghosted after a conversation - James@ACE came out and and told me it was not of their our nature to do such small trees but he did it anyway let me name my own price, showed up five minutes before he was supposed to be here and was done in 20 minutes carried off all of the trunk and branches that were left. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone up here at the lake and not mess around with the others! read more
