Having late dinner here on a weeknight with family and friends.
We ordered Ceviche de Pescado, Pescado al Ajillo, Pescado Salsa de Mariscos, Lomo Soltado, and Pollo a la Braza.
The marinated fresh raw fish in citrus juice (Ceviche de Pescado) spiced with red onions and ahi Amarillo (Peruvian yellow Chile's). Served with sweet potato and main cancha (Peruvian corn nuts) is delicious.
The fish seared in olive oil (Pescado al Ajillo) lemon and garlic top off with shrimp and parmesan cheese. Taste so sooo good!
The pan grilled fish (Pescado Salsa de Mariscos) is soft, moist and mix well with seafood sauce, taste great!
The beef tenderloin (Lomo Saltado) is stir fried in onions, tomatoes and soy sauce. With side of french fries (Papas Freitas). It's delicious!
Finally, their famous rotisserie chicken (Pollo a la Brasa), the meat is soft and tender. Sliced and served with 3 kinds of sauces for dipping and with papas (french fries) on the side. Perfectly roasted and taste unforgettable goodness.
