Not only does the warranty NOT cover the defective product, repair costs HKD $400 for a HKD $1800 ring... to replace just ONE out of the 15 or so stones on the ring. Here's the kicker though- the time for repair is three months. Terrible product quality, and terrible after sales service. Their sales associate did not apologise for the product quality, did not even question how long I had the product or how it had become damaged. Probably because this happens all the time. I would definitely NOT patronise Arte Madrid ever again.
