In Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, this tiny little shop is located in a business building which has some shops, located on a little alley way of a street. Difficult to find at first (for an outsider).
The shop is very small. Inside, the yarn is all in plastic bundles from the manufacturers--so there were no single skeins and did not appear to be any local brands or local fiber or something special that one cannot find here back in the USA.
There was a decent assortment of Japanese crochet and knit books, as well as a small amount of Tulip Etimo crochet hooks. The shop appears to have more of a crochet angle or clientele.
Small table and a couple of chairs, but the day I arrived no chairs were available.
The obstacle of language aside, the shop clerk (or owner, I don't know) was helpful enough, and I purchased a crochet hook.
Beyond this, I have nothing constructive nor critical to say about the shop. read more
