We were walking past when I saw cute hand sanitizers... Cony (the white bunny) and Brown (the bear) from LINE FRIENDS. I HAD TO get them. This brightly lit shop is cozy with narrow aisles. It's just a convenient place to get some shampoo or bandaids. Service was alright. If I were working here, I would be perturbed by customers who don't have their wallet ready or those who complain about prices... lol! Yes, these people ahead of me in line make the payment process slower. Remember to bring your own package or just drop your purchases in your tote bag! This is literally where I shop for cosmetics for my mother or grandmother. The store itself is well lit and clean. In Hong Kong standards, the place is reasonably spacious in Hong Kong standards, and there's a lot of people around to help. Bonjour wasn't particularly busy during my visit, but it's pretty clear that this place is still quite popular amongst mainland tourists.

There is also a limited selection of fruits and vegetables, canned foods, soft drinks, beer/liquor (wine and soju), ramen and basic toiletries! There was only one cashier working at the time I went, which caused a line to form, but overall it was a no hassle experience and provided exactly I what I needed at very affordable prices. For anyone who hasn't been, it's a massive Japanese department store with 19 floors of pretty much everything you could ever look for. They actually finished a huge renovation back in 2016, but we missed it on our last trip, so it was really cool to see it now. Pro tip: definitely head down to the basement. The Japanese food court and supermarket down there are amazing for grabbing a quick bite or some snacks. Definitely check it out if you're in Causeway Bay!
