Nurses have to be rude because in this public hospital if they are nice the patients will try to overwork them. seriously, my friend works as a nurse and she used to be sympathetic but then no she realizes she has to be angry to not have people demanding body wash every 15 minutes or have someone compliment her ass if she doesn't look angry. in public hospital nurses will be bad. the fault of the system and the patients who try to overwork the nurses. Go to private hospital if you want good services. This is only good because it's cheap.
