What a great find!!! We were walking by the waterfront, and wanted a snack but nothing too heavy. We decided to give Ozsut a try, so we asked for a table. The servers spoke very little English, but they made it SUPER FUN to try to place our order and try to describe the desserts to us. Then they did a little dance-presentation when they brought our dessert and tea to us. SO FUN and made everything taste even better -- you could taste the joy! Our dessert was a kind of bread that is fried and then soaked in a honey syrup. Then topped with the Turkish rice pudding with pistachios, and served with ice cream. If we had stayed longer in Izmir, we would have gone to Ozsut every night for delicious desserts, and even more fantastic service! read more
