The room had recently been renovated; it was immaculately clean, with a lovely chandelier, beautiful striped velvet drapes and upholstery, and the ceiling was at least 15 ft. high which made the room seem larger. Two twin beds were made into a king-sized bed which was very comfortable. There was a separate closet area and the bathroom was very modern with spotless white and gray tile. They served a wonderful continental breakfast buffet with lots of great choices of breads, croissants, cereal, fruit and delicous freshly brewed coffee and tea. The entire staff was so helpful and since our command of the French language is limited, they were very happy to speak to us in English, always with a smile. If you're driving a car, reserve a parking space in their small but secure and convenient parking garage to avoid looking for street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We…read morepulled off the A9 after a long days driving in the still warm September sun and I saw this hotel with a pool and thought that it was just what we needed. Easy booking in with helpful staff (ie, they spoke English) and got a room in these weird, slightly dated apartments blocks on two levels. The room was very big though and more than expected. It was also reasonably cheap. Went for a dip in the pool and it was flipping freezing, so I can assure you that it's not heated in the winter. It must have been a good enough hotel though as we pulled in there again on our way home - but avoided the pool! On the return journey they were looking after the Argentinian International Rugby Team, so it can't be that bad a place. The restaurant looked nice but we didn't use it, instead we crossed the busy road and used the burger and chips place as they had play facilities for the kids. I'd like to take a road trip to Spain again and this would definately be an option for us to use again. Narbonne itself looked a reasonable place but we didn't stop as a)we went through in rush hour and b)our son had puked all over the car (literally).

C only has about nine rooms. Ours, room #1 was really a small suite with a lot of room in the bedroom and the bathroom. It even had a terrace where one could sun themselves in the right weather. Parking is limited, however, with only three spaces. Guests should book a parking space at the same time as reserving the room. Take the center space if given a choice since the two on the sides are a bit difficult to exit from. The staff are very helpful and not rushed, since the hotel is so small. Meriem was attentive and so helpful. Our stay included breakfast and they took care of us as if we were at a 5 star restaurant.
