I'm a 61 year old man with a limited income and I mentioned that and it didn't make any difference. I've been trying to rid myself of this one couch for over 7 years because I don't know anyone here. I felt like it was a rip-off price therefore I canceled my appointment. My advice... Make sure you have a lot of spare cash to remove anything you have. The team was so, so nice and cracked some good jokes. They were totally non-judgmental about the state of things (it was pretty bad) and worked tirelessly to get everything out (including ~10 very heavy filling cabinets that were in the basement on a hot, humid day). At one point they were double checking that all the shelves were empty in some cabinets and found some old family photos that we had missed - talk about going above and beyond! Ross was also able to recommend a contact who buys second hand goods, for some of the nicer things that still had value and that we were struggling to figure out what to do with. He was so thoughtful and I felt like he really cared about doing a great job. Would definitely recommend!
