Policies are not a law, exceptions can be applied. My call was about mask policy for today's appt. as I am on day 10 of a cold. She told me the appt would need to be cancelled and they would charge me $120. I asked for a callback from manager/owner as I felt that was unreasonable. Why not use the hours I have in my bank? They cancelled; not me. Employee told me they could not guarantee a callback or when. When I said that was not good customer service or business practice, she hung up on me and put phones on call forward. I left vm for callback. None received. I have filed a complaint with corporate ME Guest Services. As an FYI, I was not rude and did not raise my voice. ​BTW, this employee told me they have to charge me cash to pay the therapist. If that's true how do they pay them for my regular appts. using my credits?
