It is Tortelloni with spinach in with a fresh tomato sauce with strips of grilled salmon, topped with fresh Parmesan. It was to die for! My husband had the Wildschweinburger, which was a pork burger with bacon an seasonings, served with homemade potato chips. It was cooked perfect and he loved it!
