I'm almost a year overdue for this review - as Graham shot our wedding in April 2016. The photos…read morewere excellent and our overall experience was great! Graham was professional and attentive and I had no worries before/during/after the wedding about his service. Our entire wedding party and a few guests commented on how great our photographer was during the evening - he was so much fun! It is important to have someone you enjoy being around on your wedding day taking the photos, and Graham has a great personality that put our jitters at ease! We were so happy with the photos, he perfectly captured our day. His photography style is timeless - so if you like photos without a lot of fussy effects he is a great choice. The pictures capture the day just how I remember it as well as a few moments I missed!

How about (this is from an email on February 9th, 2016), "Hey Michael, In the process of switching my email client this email chain has fallen through the cracks (gmail). Very sorry for the delay! The books are in production and should be to me for inspection in one week." I followed up on February 25th, March 13th, April 23rd. He responded on May 6th with a photo of our wedding album, THAT HE HASN'T SENT YET! Is this sick joke? I followed up on May 31st. No response. June 10th, no response. June 22nd, no response. I sent Graham a message through Instagram because he actually may have email issues. HE BLOCKED ME. So, it's been over a year since our wedding and our families do not have wedding albums. Although many photos Graham took were good, I would never want you to have a negative memory associated with your wedding day, so I cannot recommend Graham. It's just not worth it. Please look elsewhere.

The deal was a form of trickery, whether you want to admit it or not. Perhaps, you could learn from this review instead of be so defensive. I never gave a bad review on how well you photograph. It was all based on customer service and your rebuttal goes to show that you still need to brush up on those skills.
