From the very first conversation, Dave was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through his ideas for our home. His proposal included not only the solar system but also an upgraded electrical panel, an EV charging station, and a new roof. Because we rent our home out, making sure everything was done properly and efficiently was very important to us. Dave brought Mohamed Kastiro into the discussions, and Mohamed provided detailed drawings showing the proposed panel layout. We made a few tweaks along the way, and at no point did we ever feel like we were bothering them. In fact, the entire team made us feel welcome and supported throughout the process. The installation itself was fantastic. Every step of the project was clearly communicated, timelines were respected, and when the crew said they would arrive at a certain time, they did. When I moved here in 2018 I was advised that due to IIDs Solar Policy and Cost of Solar equipment it didn't make financial sense due to the high roi. I had called around several companies for quotes and I will say all but one "big" company was really friendly to work with. Supreme Solar was a cut above the rest. I worked with Mohamed and from day one he took tremendous amounts of time to ensure I understood this whole new world of Solar and came up with a system that fully fit our needs today but also with some room for the future. He also had no problems with repeating the same presentation and showing the financial benefits. There was no pressure just providing information and allowed us to make the decision based on that information and for us it seemed to make financial sense so we ended up going for it. Pricing I felt was more then fair and this company offers many options to ensure solar can be affordable and work for different situations. They offer a unique program that other companies couldn't even touch which allowed us to get a 32 panel and 3 battery setup. Financing: Paperwork was all docusign so it was super easy to complete...almost too easy. No issues with Financing at all other then the company may call asking if they are cleared to begin billing as you near your install date but Mohamed informed me when to give them the all clear. Installation: Mohamed was very transparent on the timelines of the install occurring and they were right on schedule with no snags. The installers were on time and did a wonderful job in getting the system installed in two days and then they had everything all cleaned and painted for inspection. They were also super friendly and was very informative on whag they planned to do to ensure I was comfortable. They passed inspection without issues. Kudos to Samantha for dealing with my HOA and the City in getting everything all setup. She is extremely organized and very easy to work with. She was also very kind and willing to help anyway she can. Ease of use: I choose a solaredge system which uses an app displays everything I need in a very straightforward fashion. I also love how I can track the performance of the individual panels. Whats also nice is Surpeme Solar will monitor the system as well and if they see a problem they will address is without issue or me having to call them. I added a screenshot showing my systems performance so you can see how easy it is to understand. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to work with Surpeme Solar. They have been nothing but honest and trustworthy. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who asks about how they are to work with. I can't wait to see my power bill shrink. First, being a retired first responder, we loved the idea that this was ran by veterans. Ok, the guys that did the physical work I.e,. Installation, electrical work etc, awesome! They were great! We had problems with the city of Indio not getting it together, dragging their feet, losing paperwork, and so much more. They were the hold of on getting our panel's installed in the time we were told. Then there was the salesperson who came to our house. Very nice guy. We thought he explained everything but how do you know? Well we found out yesterday that not everything was explained to us. We were at our tax appointment and hubby brought our solar info to get the tax rebate. Guess what? The missing info from that nice sales guy forgot to us. If you don't pay taxes, YOU GET NO REBATE! We are both retired, fixed income, don't work. The nice guy knew this, they have to know that for credit checks. We got F---ED out of $15,000 of rebate that goes towards your amount due.
