Ordered food at 6.56pm got an email saying it would be ready at 7.43pm, had to call at 8.11pm to ask where our order was. Got an apology saying they were low on drivers and that it would be with us in the next 15 minutes...... This was not the case, by 8.47pm still nothing.... called again 8 times twice had the phone picked up and straight back down!! - Our food actually arrived at 9.30pm luke warm, when asked for a refund was told they would take the food back then!! REALLY!! You fob us off with a lame excuse and then take the biscuit with over an hour and 20 minutes even later equating to over 2 hours late and when arrived the food was not even hot :( sad sad times - I would NOT recommend this restaurant at all - very disappointed read more
