I am very happy with the service of this tanning salon. South Beach is MUCH better when it comes to all three of these things. This morning I came in for a spray tan and I wasn't pressured into getting a membership or asked about adding different products to my tan. I wish I remembered the name of the girl working at the desk because she was very friendly and helpful. As a customer one of my biggest pet peeves is being coerced into spending more money for frivolous things when I already know exactly what I want. South beach made me feel comfortable and they were fast! I will definitely be back!

Long review! When it was South Beach, it was great! I…read morebought a package of 14 visits during December. I came in 2 weeks ago to start tanning for summer and was told that it had changed to Zoom Tan. Also, at that time found out they no longer have lay down beds. I tried the "Cage" but couldn't stand being in it. Trust me when I say cage. They are literally small cages that you stand in. I am so upset because now they will not refund my money. I was never told about the change until I physically came to the location 2 weeks ago. Had I known prior to the change that they were changing over to ZOOM with NO beds, I could have used my visits. When I bought my 14 visits at South Beach Tanning it was because I knew they had lay down beds. I did not buy a package of 14 to stand up. Tried speaking with store management and was told there is nothing they could do except to refer me to the customer service email address and phone number. I called the number and was told there is nothing they can do. I then wrote them and was also denied a refund. So these are the reasons for 1 star. If I could give you "ZERO" stars I would. Just crappy!
