I purchased FOUR of the GLOW hot stone pedicure certificates from the Twin Tier Dollar Saver site…read more After making an appointment, taking time off work for the appointment, I get there only to be told that they are not honoring the certificate. One of the salon staff said "my boss said it is not our fault it's the radio's for not putting it out there right, it should have been $20 off a hot stone pedicure and if you want the pedicure I need to charge you $20.00". I immediately read her the statement on the certificate "This $20.00 Twin Tiers Dollar Saver certificate is good for a luxurious Hot Stone Pedicure" and asked to speak to the owner/manager when she said "$20 more or no pedicure". She then followed up with, "you can call her (Marisa) when she is in and talk to her". I said if you will not honor hot stone pedicure, you have to have a basic pedicure we can apply these certificates to...and then, this really gets me, she said "NO because it is for a hot stone pedicure and cannot be applied to another pedicure!!!! Where has business, and a local one at that, integrity gone? I could have understood if they said there was a miss print, we can give you a basic pedicure for the certificate or you can upgrade to the hot stone pedicure for an additional charge...at least then I feel I would have not wasn't my money!! What is a customer to do when now I am out $40.00!

That's really so 1990 lol Im not a fan of mystic or booth spray tanning either. This is an actual person that spray tans you by hand. The color is so natural it's shocking. The product is organic and vegan friendly. I don't know how something so healthy can be so awesome. Cindy spray tanned me at her location and she made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a healthier tanning alternative to book an appointment with her. It lasted me a full week which is hard to come by. Most spray tans last 3-5 days. It came off nice and natural and nobody could tell it was a spray tan. Love it. Thanks, Cindy!
