Now, I wonder if I could've made him comfortable, so that he could've passed at home instead of in such a cold, clinical atmosphere. It didn't seem like they cared at all, which has made things even more difficult.
Anyway, my pup passed and not minutes later, a man came into the room to ask for payment. Red-eyed, snot dripping from my nose with a freshly broken heart, I obliged and pulled out my bank card. It was roughly 2500kr, if you were wondering. I paid, got my receipt, said my last farewell and drove home in the dark, rainy weather.
Flash forward to today, Christmas Eve, and I get a letter in the mail saying I had not paid and that they are sending it to collections. What the actual f**k?! One, I reaaaaally loved getting the reminder that my pup is gone...on Christmas Eve, no less! Two, the man took my card and I paid, so WTH? Three, what even the f**k sort of business are they running?
That is why they get one star. My initial visit was fine, but I feel that once they get you in the door and are done with you, you are treated poorly. There are better and less expensive alternatives in Stockholm. Find those and stay away from here!
