I purchased a pet carrier on May 14, 2018 for 1600 Kc. My 15 year old medium sized dog went right through it the first time we used it. It is defective junk from China and I immediately returned it to the store just about 24 hours after purchasing it. Today they decided that they no longer speak English and that they cannot decide now whether or not to issue a refund. I offered to buy and better, more expensive crate if they would credit the amount of the first purchase but they refused. They kept the defective, and now damaged, carrier and tried to keep all of my receipts. They never asked for my contact information and refused to be of assistance. So they now have the item I purchased AND my money. The only alternative I have is to file a dispute with my bank. Needless to say, I will never buy another thing from these dishonest people. read more
