Kocham Hiszpanię - przyjechałem tu kolejny raz, uwielbiam ich kulturę, jedzenie i atmosferę, ale w każdym kraju są oszuści. Omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem! Tourists beware! At Mundomar Benidorm, the manager scammed me out of €250, waved her hands in my face, pointed her finger threateningly, and called security to intimidate me. When I asked to charge my phone to call the police, a guard from Aqualandia said: "That's your problem." I lost the whole day and suffered heat stroke. I love Spain - I came here again because I adore the culture, food, and atmosphere, but in every country there are scammers. Avoid this place at all costs! ¡Atención turistas! En Mundomar Benidorm, la gerente me estafó 250 €, me agitó las manos, me señaló con el dedo de forma amenazante y llamó a seguridad para intimidarme. Cuando pedí cargar el teléfono para llamar a la policía, un guardia de Aqualandia dijo: "Ese es su problema". Perdí todo el día y sufrí un golpe de calor. Amo España - vine aquí otra vez porque adoro su cultura, comida y ambiente, pero en todos los países hay estafadores. ¡Eviten este lugar a toda costa!

This place is actually great me and my family went here today and the dolphin show was gorgeous we…read morealso went to see the sea lions and there so beautiful the only few let downs are the to swim with the sea lions after the sea lion show we asked a colleague where do we wait for the swim with sea lions she said that we had to wait where we were so we went to go have a photo with the parrots after that we came back and waited it took 10 minutes just to get someone to look at our tickets they looked at our tickets and told us we had too change the time to 4 pm we were very angry about this!. Overall nice place.also for the shows they use Spanish first then English which is very good!

Me and my family came here for a nice holiday and this place is ok the food is not very good and…read morenot very much options for people who are picky.the bar drinks are very nice but we do not like when they serve in glass cups.the zoo is ok not very lively and the animals seem very stressed.the lodges weren't very good the showers leak and the door is broken including the floor in the bathroom.the pools are very cold with no warmth including in the water.from my personal experience I wouldn't recommend it staff don't know very much English and hard to understand.we tried to order a pizza one night and we weren't able to access the menu.I don't recommend coming here it is very bad.

Terra Natura is located just outside of Benidorm and is more or less a themed zoo. For those less able to walk long distances I would recommend hiring a mobility scooter, it is well worth the money and my father in law appreciated not having the walk the great distances required to get around the park. Overall, I found Terra Natura to be an entertaining day out but it wasn't as good fun as I had hoped as many of the animals looked a bit sad and cooped up.

Terrible Park…read more.. High cost, offer poor quality. You have to pay extra for everything, after you first buy high cost tickets for the entrance. The food was not tasty. My son who is lower than 120 cm, had no offer at all during our visit, not even along with an adult. The lifeguards was quite annoying, using their whistle at every person get in their way. Even my 1 year old daugther, get her whistle from the guards twice during our visit. The zoo was filled with animals, either drugged or kept in way to small cages. Animal protection center should make this place a visit.
