The driver messaged me at 2:27 PM to confirm an earlier pick up at 3 PM. He did not arrive until 7:20pm. When he got there, he was with his wife, who clearly had issues going up the stairs. We did not feel like this was the type of crew that should be hauling a washer and dryer. On top of that he did not come prepared, we had to lend him our dolly to use. Completely unprofessional and totally not worth $100.
