I don't recommend this place unless you want your vehicle scratched up. When I informed them that my truck was so scratched up they refuse to take responsibility. I also asked if they do a daily inspection on the brushes and the equipment they said yes but refuse to show me, I asked to show me what a blank inspection sheet looks like and the manager refuse to show me. read more

Do not fall for incentive because i even bought most expensive service. Staff rude and don't want to work, both times lines were not all working for an absent in and out experience. Refused to give a manager name to call second bad experience. Called corporate to complain, no follow up or refund despite only using once for a still dirty car and second time rude unhelpful staff. No refunds once they have your credit card info and a long hassle to get it cancelled so i wouldn't be charged for another useless month. My Porsche Cayman S was sandwiched between a Ford F-150 and a Kia because the attendant wasn't paying attention. Infact, neither was her supervisor. When I brought this to the supervisors attention he claimed it was the KIA drivers fault.. even though he NEVER WITNESSED the incident. No worries, my insurance will sue them. I called the owner immediately. He never answered... never answered my phone calls, never replied to my voicemails, texts or emails. Don't wash at ZIPS unless your ok with damage resulting.. because it will happen and they will ignore you. Canceling my 3 year membership tomorrow! read more

Horrible service horrible management. Have a 35 dollar membership and the left lane isn't scanning membership barcodes. I didn't know that until I was there. They do have signs up but you can't see them if there is a line. I had to pay for a car wash so I could get through. Bad attitude bad business. And then when asked about a refund got yelled at. This car wash on state Line has gone down to the dogs. When they first opened up it was awesome. Now you go there to get your vehicles clean, half the time all of the cycles are not working. Sometime you will get stuck in the tunnel for SEVERAL minutes . Your vehicle will get off track and run into the back of someone else vehicle. I'm afraid to go there anymore . Most of the time the vacuum is not working. I cannot even rate it a one star but I'm having too in order to post , because it is Just Ridiculous !!!! read more

At 4:50pm Saturday, my sister and I came through the carwash just to have one of the meanest and hateful attendants. The attendants hand gestures made no sense, she kept rolling her eyes at my sister and giving her these really hateful looks. My sister had a hard time seeing due to the precast so she missed where her tire was supposed to be. The attendant gave more misguided hand gestures and then actually cooked her head at my sister who unfortunately couldn't figure out what she wanted and neither could I. The attendant then spoke to my sister like she was stupid trash. Continued to roll her eyes and have this hateful attitude to someone who did nothing. Im sorry the attendant felt the need to be so hateful to people she didn't know when she could have simply just helped my sister out. It honestly really sucked because she's already having a bad day and now she just got talked to like she's trash. Won't be coming back. read more

VERY VERY DISAPOINTED. We took our 2016 Ford F250 when our windows were damaged during the wash. They were helpful and willing to fix the problem in the beginning. They asked for quotes to repair both windows, which we did. Then ghosted us. Our local office along with corporate's will not return phone calls, and emails. We have always had at least membership since they have been in our town, so this is VERY DISAPOINTED. Its an expensive fix that we should not be left paying for. read more

Caused almost $500 worth of damage to our car! Really disappointed in how this company treats their customers. I have always received okay washes (not great but, okay) at zips in my Tundra, so I suggested my mother take her Cadillac there as well. The carwash somehow loosened or damaged the third brake light on the trunk and then the vehicle dryers ripped it off. After a week or two of back and forth and speaking with this location's manager and district manager, I've determined that the company will say anything they have to (or make up whatever rule or company policy they need to) not to pay for damages their machines caused. Needless to say I'm cancelling my unlimited wash package! read more
