Elmer started a hardscaping job the summer of 2020 that he never completed in spite of being paid…read morein full. He claimed that the rain prevented him from finishing, though I am certain that there were at least a few days of dry weather between the start of work and when I forced him to provide a partial refund NINE MONTHS LATER in May of 2021! I hired someone to finish the installation of 26 feet of edging who completed it within 3 days of contacting them and in only 1 1/2 hours. Additionally, his worker butchered 6 bushes when trimming them that will have to be replaced because they were trimmed back to the wood of the plant. Elmer is full of excuses for poor and incomplete work. If he responds to this review, he will likely claim that I am somehow at fault or have unreasonable expectations in spite of me paying him in full and waiting 9 months for him to finish the job -- both quite generous. While the quoted price may be attractive, the work is horrible and you need to remember that you get what you pay for! Avoid if at all possible! P.S. Please be aware that one of the glowing reviews (by Elmer R) is from the owner himself. This is simply validation of the ethical challenges that he possesses in spite of presenting himself as a person of faith.

They hit 3x and then pulled back out in one swoop... dragging the trailer back out. The workers never acknowledge or reported the damage they blatantly caused. It was however all on my security camera. I called office, sent video was told no worries. the owner sends someone out (without ever speaking to me) and fixes a chunk that was actually taken out of my blacktop. I send text and pics of the scrape down my drive stating I'm not happy with the repair. office just keeps "forwarding" everything to Roger the owner. Here we are 6 weeks later, I call again wanting to speak to owner. He returns call, FINALLY coming to meet me and look at the damage.... we had just drive resealed in Nov. of 2025. He Brings some a$$hole with him who immediately want to say "no I didn't ".... I literally ask him "did you just call me a f@cking liar?" Tried turning my conversation back to owner but it all ends up going south B/C this jerk again wants to jump in insinuating I'm a liar....and Roger Morgan says nothing ....he is a meek, mindless SOB, Somehow my property is damaged and there's video, but he wants to argue how far up he's going to reseal. Then when I get aggravated wants to throw his hands up and say he's not fixing anything, "sue him" That piece of shit never intended on making it right, treating me like I was some kinda scammer its probably not more than a $50-100 fix. But I guess he didn't mind me putting our business out there... so here it is more than 6 weeks after giving him a a chance, here's my opinion. The Owner ROGER MORGAN is NOT a responsible business owner, he's even less of a man. oh and BTW they been servicing the yard across the street for years now... and it really doesn't look all that great JS hopefully I can add video to this Or you can find it on my Facebook videos @ Shannon Spillman
