I should say that I'm very obsessive about detail and having things done right--I would rather pay extra for this. James actually met me at the shop in Magna then drove me back to my apartment. It makes me nervous that the truck behind me is going to be pushed into me if I don't punch it when I leave which means my car doesn't get the drying time. One time I tried waiting to enter the carwash until the car in front of me was a little ahead, so I wasn't the one on the other cars butt, and the attendant shut the whole car wash down until I proceeded in the car wash. When I tried to explain what I was doing he would not listen to me. I am not comfortable having a truck so close I can see his headlights the whole time I am in the carwash (yes. I was calling and stopping by during the posted business hours but no one was there and no one answered the phone. I left messages and eventually I was texted back asking me to stop by the next day for a quote. I did stop by and someone was there this time and I did receive a quote for a full detail. I was selling my vehicle and needed the full detail prior to posting ads for sale. The quoted price seemed fine and all I needed to do was sort out transportation etc., while the vehicle is being detailed. I mentioned I would call the following week so we could set up an appointment and get this done. He said that would be fine. The following week I was again met with an answering machine only. I left messages and again stopped by, during business hours. No one was there. I left about three messages over the span of a week. I never received a call back. No texts, no nothing. Great! Completely unprofessional. Basically I wasted 2 weeks of my time, time I could have had my vehicle posted for sale. Time that I need to go find another detailer to do my car. They have economy for $6, standard for $7, and luxury for $8 which is not bad at all considering the quick quack down the road. This was simple and got my car clean. I did the standard wash for $7. The drying at the end probably could've used more time, but aside from that I am quite pleased with the outcome and will be happy to come here again. The wash itself took about 5 minutes which felt good for the price.

So I hit cancel to stop charging my card more money. At the end it said I was charged $2.25 for that transaction and I just checked my bank account count and they're charging me $10. I seriously didn't have the car wash going for more than 45 seconds. They even have a sign posted saying if there's any problems, leave your name and number on the box at the front of the building and they will call you and get it refunded. I've heard nothing. Also their number that's on the Internet to get a hold of them does not work either. I would not recommend this car wash to anybody. It is the biggest scam. None of the machines work and they charge you for services you're not using!!!!! I will be fighting this with my bank!!!!
