If I had known then what I know now, I would NEVER have gone with this place. When I first got my car, I sent the insurance in 3x, after the second payment, they started to charge me for their insurance. When I called, they stated I didn't have insurance on my car. I told them, I sent the paper in 3x, what happened to it? They had no answer. Finally after 2 weeks we got this taken care of. Next problem, they don't have very many locations. The one closest to me is 30 minutes away, so I tried to call and pay over the phone... No problem right??? Except they charge you a $10 fee!!! Get out of here, you're so ridiculous. So, I drive to go make my payment, try to set up online banking, they won't allow me to because my bank account has my married last name, even though I have the ID to match and prove it's me. I bank with AFCU and they have NEVER given me any hassle. Even to withdraw money. Yet this stupid ass Credit Union won't even let me pay my OWN car payment!! I don't see how this place stays in business. Service sucks, employees are zero help, and they want to just rip you off!!! I will move this loan to AFCU and be done with this nonsense.

If the bank says they can't control the advertising on the public strip it's a lie. The bank can advertise there or allow someone else to advertise there with permission. The police department said they were fed up with it but that Bank of America would have to trespass the person that is selling the flags there and have made no attempt to do so. I know I live in a red state and choose to but I don't expect to see a business with branches all over America allowing this type of activity in front of their business. I called the number for a day and a half and it just rang and rang. Not even a voicemail prompt. Finally, I called their 800 customer service number and asked if they could connect me. After a very long hold, the agent told me he was also getting a never-ending ringing phone. He offered to email Tori and have her call me which she did later that day. Oddly, from the beginning her tone was very condescending. She acted very annoyed that I had asked someone else in her company to have her call me. She answered every question with the same annoyed and condescending tone. At the end of the call she actually insinuated I was trying to break an underwriting rule when I simply told her I could do something she requested. Needless to say, I'll be taking my loans and banking elsewhere.

For a busy Friday they were all upbeat, able to help in a fast and friendly manner. I got everything I needed done and a little more with one particular banker. The rates at MACU are amazing, (I'm hoping to transfer my car loan over to them) , and I had the best experience traveling overseas with my MACU debit & credit card.
