What a great place - Zikwid is more than just a brick and mortar e-cig vendor, it's a great little hangout staffed by cool knowledgeable folks that are just as passionate about vaping as their clientele. As a nonsmoker, i'm a big fan of electronic cigarette devices. This retail shop is a great idea for those wanting to take advantage of the new technology and yet still shop in person the old fashioned way, as opposed to online. Plus, an inviting lounge setup with pool table, couches, hightop bar tables, etc. will get you hanging out with others who share your unique hobby. The staff is super friendly. By way of their website, the owners have invited their customers to come up with ideas for entertainment to bring in, such as a monthly comedy show. Friendly and uber knowledgeable staff. They have a huge juice selection, and if you have an atomizer or want to buy one then you can try any of them out until you find your juice of choice. They also have an excellent selection of cartos, clearos, tanks, atties, whatever you might need in your vaping arsenal. They have big battery mods like the Silver Bullet, the Ego Mod, a few different VV Mods, but those are a bit too overpriced compared to what you would pay online. Everything else though is well within a fair price range, if not more than fair. For example, their small dual coil cartos are cheaper than anything I could find online. Mix all of this with a pool table and a cool clientele, not to mention sodas and energy drinks for sale, and you just might lose your entire afternoon in here. One star is all these guys get! They don't offer a warranty, receipt of not. I bought the e-cab. Because of its design, If you don't hold it straight up and down like you are playing a clarinet, it leaks. It leaks at the junction of the atomizer and the shell that houses the cartridge. THIS IS NOT A TANK SYSTEM! With the cartridge system if you suck to hard you get a lip full of juice. Another problem is very hard to pop off caps on The cartridge I had to use pliers on a few of them Customer service is non-exist ant. The tall fat guy who could be the owner manager is worst of them all. I visited today 3/2, learned about the no warranty policy, butt purchased some juice. I wanted a mix of VG/PG. I bought a 50/50 mix. But when i read the bottle it only listed PG. I asked the fat guy about and he gave me some double talk I didn't understand. When I asked him to explain it further, he grabbed the bottle out of my hand and pointed to the contents speaking in a staccato like way repeating what he just said. So I was very loyal to this place, but I've been experiencing some major short comings after checking out other vape shops. 1. I have on several occasions been given the wrong replacement coils. 2. The e-liquid is not consistent from bottle to bottle. 3. The shop it's self is very limited on pretty much every aspect and is typically more expensive that shops around town. Now I give one star because the staff is typically nice and helpful. This is just my opinion and your may be different. All that matters is you keep vaping. read more

Three stars is all that I can justify at this place. When you walk in you have your eCigarettes on the left behind their glass cases, a couple couches in the middle and tables in the back. The staff wasn't really that friendly and they appeared rather distraught when I used the 10% discount that they provided over yelp. I purchased a complete manually assembled eGo twist, with a tank and accessories and they seemed more upset because I didn't purchase the kit. Their brand of juices were good, but inconsistent. Prior to purchasing an eGo, I owned a crappy eCig which I used with their juices and I was rather impressed by the sweetness of their pure VG blend, but I was rather dismayed during my last purchased. I took it back, but one of the owners appeared unfazed by it and did not seem to give a rats ass. Their prices are bloated, but being one of the few places where you can physically purchase these products is what gives them the right. read more

Zikwid is the essential "smoke shop" for the twenty first century. They have a large selection of e-cig devices and premium juices. The atmosphere has a lot of potential. They have a pool table, lots of TVs and even Guitar Hero. I purchased the Honey Blonde from the Zikwid line and I am LOVING it. It has a great honey flavor, lots of "smoke" production, good throat hit and after a week I am still enjoying it as much as when I first tried it. I live really far away from Zikwid and feel fortunate for having visited. If you are in the area or even if you're not you should check them out. Throw out the analogs and start vapeing at Zikwid's. Visiting Phx from San Diego for a week and realized I forgot my charger for my silver bullet pva at home! My first response was 'Do I go to Fry's and buy a specialty charger?' Then it dawned on me. Last time I was in Phx I saw the Zikwid store while getting gas near by. I decided to check it out. I was expecting a very expensive boutique store with overpriced ejuice and atomizers preying desperate vapers in a pinch. Nothing could be further from the truth. The selection ROCKS the prices are amazing and the best part is the knowledgable staff and their genuine sincerity in helping you find what works best based on our needs. No upselling here, just honest insight and great customer service. They are building relationships with their customers one by one. And they just got another one. I will definitely be back again! Seems like everytime we go there we get bad service and they are not the most helpful people. Our last bad experience ( had severals) was this week. I went in to buy a new Atomoizer with the replaceable cartimizer and had it for 3 days, was working just fine and now nothing. I called to see if they would replace it since we just got it and told no they don't do returns. Seems kind of odd that it would work just fine and now nothing. Of course no store would ever sell a defective product from a manufactur ( not saying intentionally) but it does happen and if you want to stay in business this place better step up with the customer service. They say one happy customer will tell 1 -2 of their friends, one unhappy customer will tell hundreds. I'm on my way. read more

I'm a person with some vaping experience and the products here are great. Very large selection and even some mods. What really got me about this place was the atmosphere. I went in only to be greeted by a "What do you need?" from the attendant. It just seemed like a drive through instead of a lounge. Cnet on the TVs was a bit strange for a place to hang out. The pool table is nice and they do have some nice looking chairs, but I can't comment on how comfortable they are since I was practically rushed out the door. I'm also not too keen on the prices there. Yes, it is a store in a physical location, but I still want the nice prices I can find online at other shops. I'm sure the staff is helpful for beginners, but the novelty of that wears off after you know what you're doing. It's a decent enough place, I just want a nice relaxing atmosphere for hanging out instead of feeling like I'm in an assembly line. A greeting of "How 's is going?" would have been much more appreciated. Is it too much to ask for a sense of fellowship for those with the same vice? Overall, the place tries to be a hipster's Magnum's but comes up as more of a McDonald's. You can be there and hang out, just don't expect to feel welcome. read more

This store is great. The staff is very informative and helpful. I have tried other products that failed. The manufacturer did not assist me at all. I paid to replace the product only to have it fail again. My manager raved about Zikwid and now I know why. I had a leak with my vap and chatted online with the owner, and went in and he replaced it for me no problem. My mom is now vaping and was very pleased with the staff the pleasant lounge and the knowledge that everyone shared with her. I am doubly impressed that I am able to order my liquid online when necessary. read more

Ok, so as far as customer service goes, they have one or maybe two actual good associates. If you come in, ask for Austin. He's a bit younger than the rest but he doesn't treat people like they're idiots. My experience with this place is that they treat you like you like you're stupid and they want you to get in and get out. I watched as an older women came in with an atomizer problem complaining that it tasted burnt and she had just bought the product that day. The associate at the time was really insulting saying it's because she (in a nut shell), didn't know what she was doing and didn't prime the equipment correctly. He then went on to bash on the associate who sold the atomizer because he didn't explain things right to the customer. I really couldn't believe what I was seeing. What kind of place has people with such customer service? I mean, the older lady who was the customer wasn't even real upset. She was just curious and wanted to know what it was that was wrong. I later found out that this guy was one of the three or four managers they keep on staff. Really, it's unbelievable. As for the products, most aren't bad. I wish they sold more but it's not bad considering its one of the few shops within driving distance of my area. But once again, is it worth going through the insulting displeasure of being inside the store? I have several friends who vape and have been into Zikwid. They all have left with the same bad, sour taste in their mouths from service this place offers. If the owner of this establishment see's this review, please, PLEASE consider replacing a majority of your staff. I can honestly say Zikwid has lost my and my friends business just based off of the service. It's a shame that we are forced to shop online just because of your employees bad attitudes and rudeness to their customers. read more

I love this place. I quit smoking with cheap-ass e-cigs online. I then found the folks at Zikwid and they hooked me up with a better CIG and some pure and flavorful e-juice. (My flavor is Cappuccino). I was able to wean myself down to NO nicotine and so when I lost my eGo over a year ago I was cool not having one. Then the hubby started smoking again and after months of resistance I broke down and 3 weeks ago I started having a couple of cigarettes a day. That was not acceptable to me so today on #SmallBizSat we went back out to Zikwid and got stater kits and are ready to stop tobacco again. The e-cigs have advanced in a couple years and I am still happy to have the purity that Zikwid offers on juice. They are amazing! read more

The one downfall for me is that their plastic bottles are too heavy duty for me to squeeze. My hand shakes trying to drip the liquid into the small space without making a mess. Thinner bottles? Rip off. I'm sorry, but it has to be said. These people are taking advantage. $10 for a 10ml bottle. I got desperate for some fluid and I visited Zikwid - my go to flavour is Black Licorice, so I bought some; I couldn't test it, but that's cool, right? I fill my tank, and it tastes nothing like Black Licorice. What a waste of money. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty shop; all nicely decorated etc: but you're better off finding another B&M shop, because these guys are making bank from the vaping community. If you like to throw money away, then go for it, but if you're trying to save money after quitting smoking, this is not the place to go. Try the Blue Vapor lounge in Cave Creek. Their prices are much more reasonable. Failing that, stick with your online vendor. Mt Vapor Baker win hands down. Both sell liquid in 15ml bottles for $5. read more

Do not shop here. I was told by a friend to shop here because the store is well setup which it is but customer service is the worse by far. First there WAS a guy helping me and yes was is all caps for a reason but he decide that the phone was more important. Then some young lady came up to help but seems angry about something but when I told her I wanted to purchase a certain juice (Zenthol) which has no taste whatsoever she giggles and says to me that is a great juice so I bought it thinking I finally found a good juice ha! Never again so for now on I get all my e juices from hitec vapor on 23rd and northern and they also allow you to try there juices and they are cheaper 20 ml bottle for 10 oppose to a 5-10ml from this rude place for 10 you decide. read more

Zikwid deletes and never post reviews of products and their service that they do not like on their website. not only is that shameful and pathetic but it skews the reality of the products and services they offer. It doesn't matter what they do well when you can't trust them. I'm sure once their management matures and grows up - then the management will make more sensible decisions about how to run things - they will employ better workers and they will invoke better policies that don't involve oppressing opinions that they don't like about what they do. Awesome shop and great staff! This has been and still is my go to local shop for all my vaping needs. Been going here since I started vaping. Now yes you can find a lot of the same products they sell online cheaper but your paying to have things now vs waiting for them. The staff has always been super nice and helpful. They actually covered under I guess a store warranty a evic easy head for me a while back which was great since it was the second one I had purchased that broke the same way. I thought that was great especially since all I did was show them what happened to the easy head and that it was the second 1 I purchased because the first had done the same thing. The girl helping me was the one that offered to cover it and give me a new 1 at no cost. Since then they have also recommended both of my favorite e liquids by letting me taste a bunch of different kinds, recommended the tank I've been stuck on using as my daily and hooked up an online discount in store for me when I just recently upgraded to my mvp v2. Extremely disappointed in this business. I purchased a Nautilus Aspire Premium kit on 8/18 (79.99 plus tax along with 2 bottles of liquid for a total of 121.27) and the battery just fell apart by 8/29. I occasionally used it during these 11 days so it wasn't used non-stop. I also noticed that the battery only held a charge for a few hours. It also got very hot and the tank would be too hot to touch which seemed odd to me as well. I went back to the store on 8/31 with receipt expecting for them to honor the 30 day warranty I was told about when I purchased it. It stead I was told by the store manager this never happens. Well guess what is DOES so I felt as though they made it out that I had something to do with their faulty product just falling apart. They would not honor the warranty at all. I only went to this store because a very close friend knows the owners mother and recommended I go there and that I'd be taken care of. Not the case. I should say I was given $10 off on a new battery, able to keep the original tank and replacement cartridges, but I'm still out about $50 or so. Terrible experience and will never buy another thing from that store. Also, everyone I can tell about this experience will be hearing about it. Pick another store to purchase your products from so you can avoid a similar experience. read more
