Door card machine was down so front desk person let me in with his master key. I said I need to go to airport and buy a ticket for tomorrow, he said leave the door open which i did but could not bring my things to the room. later when I went to eat I locked the door, front desk guy said still no card machine but will be fixed by the time I got back. when I got back front desk guy was gone. maintenance man said he'd be right back. I waited an hour no one showed up so I couldn't get in my room. Finally went down the street and rented another room. emailed the hotel the next day explaining what happened and asking for my money back. no reply. F**k this s**thole.

I have to say, this hotel has impressed me the most. It's a little off the beaten path but it is close enough to everything to be convenient. It is very quiet, quaint, well designed, friendly staff, and has all the modern conveniences that make you feel at home. Some of the big perks: friendly staff cozy log cabin feel with modern deco social hour Monday - Thursday 530pm to 730pm free bar drink with snacks free breakfast Conveniently located near the bypass and minutes from everything in town quiet full fridge full kitchen with pots, pans, and plates dishwasher full fridge large bathroom walk-in closets comfy beds large space with apartment type feel reasonable rates gym outdoor grill free laundry free wifi (reliable) onsite store water and cookies in the lobby and much more I can't say enough great things about this place. No life guards in pool area but water is not extremely deep either…read more Three water slides the kids love One starts inside the building goes through the wall outside the building comes back to the wall inside the building. There's a literal splash pad with the mushroom and a big frog slide for the kitty kids about 2 foot of water. There's a large swimming area and it's only about 4 foot six and then there's a hot tub as well. Price wasn't that bad you can swim here year-round snow or no snow.
