We're from Southern California and the only thing we found that was different is that they cook their veggies. I like mine half cooked & crunchy. We had the beef & broccoli, sizzling chicken, fried rice, and the special chow mein. Additionally, the furniture and table settings are extraordinary. We were also given a warming tray to keep our rice & chow mein warm. All the food came freshly cooked & hot, including the plates. They even gave us a hot towel each after the meal and a chilled Ferraro Rocher (chocolate ball with nuts) wrapped as Delizze!
