when walking in, the place was so crowded and loud that we couldn't really think peacefully of…read morewhich drink to pick. The queue was long and we weren't able to see the menu from our distance. The only thing we saw was three bubble tea options shown on top of the cashier, which didnt even state the price or their ingredients, only big pictures of the drinks with their catchy names. After waiting for a while in the queue I decided to order the normal bubble tea, thinking it would be easily and fastly done as we were tired of waiting any longer. The place was very loud, there was bad air conditioning and customers were so close by and no one was even carrying a mask and there were no hand sanitizers. After ordering they handed me an order pad which was unclean and probably passed on to a lot of customers before us. There were a couples of sitting places but other customers were too close to them and the only comfortable and safe place to wait at was near the cashier. We were standing and waiting for over 20 minutes as the cashier forgot to give the drink. At that point a simple sorry wasn't enough. Never getting bubble tea from this place again.

well, it's more of a novelty than anything. being the only boba place in finland, you don't have…read moreany other choices but to go here. all the bubbles are popping bubbles and the toppings are the the kinds they have at frozen yogurt places. the drinks all come from powder and you can watch your drink being made but the boba is included in the price of the drink. the man serving was nice.
