Whenever I had a concern, I would call the School and Ossie would always explain everything to my satisfaction. You can tell he really cares about the students. I can't fault the school for the accident, but for the amount of money paid I feel like I didn't get a really good value or instruction. UPDATE: the business manager replied with a useless comment about MY EFFORT to teach my daughter defensive driving. Excuse me buddy that's why we hired you.
