The service right off the bat was incredibly rude. We used a word that is not allowed inside the store and when we were told it wasn't allowed the woman assisting us was incredibly rude and treated us as if we should know these rules, when it was our first time in the store. The woman assisting us continued to make snarky comments including when We asked if they had water pipe cleaner and she said "if you'd just look up you'd see it" and we replied "sorry I didn't notice" and she said "oh really because You looked in that direction twice?" We were the only two people in the store, completely undeserving of the constant rude attitude that was given to us. There are plenty of better options in Decatur when it comes to stores that carry vape and "water pipe" products and I'd highly recommend you go there instead of wasting your time with rude and awkward services at zero gravity but if you want an overpriced tie-dye tshirt I guess you could go there. read more

Came in for CBD only vape. Thankfully they had one. They seem to have a wide variety of non-thc options and some of these thc-a or o options. Staff was super friendly and helpful! And I ended up getting more mg for less money than I originally expected! Really cool clothes options I definitely need to come and check out soon! read more

Vapers stay a way!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First time I went there a short very unfortunate looking man "helped me". I was very unknowledgeable about mods etc. use lots of big words they didn't seem to have time to explain them. After explaining what I want he recommended a kanger mini sub. Which I love. Never open the box or explain anything about the mod. After I paid had a question about the battery. He ignored me and a Nother customer had to answer my question. They gave me a 20% off discount card for next time so I went back today. Got there at 6:50, a young girl came to the door and said that they were closed. Looked at the singed and it said they closed at 7:00. I asked if you know of any other vape shops and she pretty much just turned around and shut the door. read more

Worst vape place ever... if u ask for a v8 t10 they hand you a v12 prince t10 and with confidence. The next day I saw that it was the wrong one and went to change it, and as I pulled up they closed the doors on my and said that there closed. But what do u know they close at 6:00pm and it was 5:56pm. I stood there waiting for someone to open the door so I can explain why I was there.
