They told me I could return something but when I went back the next day they refused any credit or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The service right off the bat was incredibly rude. We used a word that is not allowed inside the store and when we were told it wasn't allowed the woman assisting us was incredibly rude and treated us as if we should know these rules, when it was our first time in the store. The woman assisting us continued to make snarky comments including when We asked if they had water pipe cleaner and she said "if you'd just look up you'd see it" and we replied "sorry I didn't notice" and she said "oh really because You looked in that direction twice?" We were the only two people in the store, completely undeserving of the constant rude attitude that was given to us. There are plenty of better options in Decatur when it comes to stores that carry vape and "water pipe" products and I'd highly recommend you go there instead of wasting your time with rude and awkward services at zero gravity but if you want an overpriced tie-dye tshirt I guess you could go there. read more

The big girl that works there is rude+unhelpful+yaps too much it was extremely annoying and difficult to shop+very overstimulating. That girl talked so much that I looked down at my phone and realized that I'm late for my appointment read more

Came in for CBD only vape. Thankfully they had one. They seem to have a wide variety of non-thc options and some of these thc-a or o options. Staff was super friendly and helpful! And I ended up getting more mg for less money than I originally expected! Really cool clothes options I definitely need to come and check out soon! read more

I am not from here and I personally love this shop. They are so friendly and always answer any questions and are eager to make recommendations based on what I'm looking for. For me this place is a little slice of my hometown in Alabama. 10/10 recommend! read more

Very unhelpful staff. Waited for assistance only to then have the attendant balk at even walking over to answer my questions. There's plenty of other more helpful shops in the area that have better prices. read more

Vapers stay a way!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First time I went there a short very unfortunate looking man "helped me". I was very unknowledgeable about mods etc. use lots of big words they didn't seem to have time to explain them. After explaining what I want he recommended a kanger mini sub. Which I love. Never open the box or explain anything about the mod. After I paid had a question about the battery. He ignored me and a Nother customer had to answer my question. They gave me a 20% off discount card for next time so I went back today. Got there at 6:50, a young girl came to the door and said that they were closed. Looked at the singed and it said they closed at 7:00. I asked if you know of any other vape shops and she pretty much just turned around and shut the door. read more

Worst vape place ever... if u ask for a v8 t10 they hand you a v12 prince t10 and with confidence. The next day I saw that it was the wrong one and went to change it, and as I pulled up they closed the doors on my and said that there closed. But what do u know they close at 6:00pm and it was 5:56pm. I stood there waiting for someone to open the door so I can explain why I was there. But they didn't come and just yelled "we're closed, go away"... sat in my car and it was 5:59pm and took a screenshot so I have proof. Please don't go to that shit hole. read more

Zero Gravity - Vape Shops Near Me - Decatur, Alabama

I love this store. As soon as the door opens I walk in and am taken back to when I was a teenager and life wasn't so complicated. Where else can you purchase a Bong a vibrator and juice for a vape in the same place. The beautiful girls that work there are ready to assist without judging you. They are even willing to provide recommendations on a good toy for your significant other. The hot little short haired chick with the septum piercing is my favorite and keeps me coming back for more. read more

Don't get your Vape supplies here. I've had every atomizer crap out in a single day. Some of the staff seem to be more concerned about when you'll be paying and leaving and some are very helpful. I haven't had the best experience and I'm not even from here. You want Vape supplies go to a Vape store. Not this one. Prices are better that way too. Cool store but not for Vapers. read more
