The drinks are delicious and their mobile rewards/loyalty program is quite generous. Those are the two things that keep me coming back, despite the essay of criticism I've written below. However, I've had a lot of mixed service at this place. My orders would consistently have mistakes like forgetting to add a topping. Occasionally it would have a mistake even after they remade it once! For example, one time I ordered the Coco Mango with no grapefruit and coconut pudding. The first time it had no grapefruit and no coconut pudding, and when I told them I ordered it with coconut pudding, the second, remade drink had it, but also had the grapefruit which I specifically indicated on the order to not include. So basically two mistakes in a row when they already remade it. I just accepted it and left since I didn't want to waste any more food. One particularly notable time my drinks were stolen by someone else, and they weren't able to remake them because they had run out of the topping for one of the drinks. That's another thing- a lot of their stuff is always sold out, sometimes for days at a time. Occasionally I'll open the app and all but two drinks are sold out. The customer service is also mixed. Sometimes the people behind the counter are accommodating and responsive, sometimes it feels like they're ignoring you on purpose. I'm pretty sure my drinks wouldn't have been stolen that one time if the baristas didn't avoid the counter, then they could watch who takes what drinks. Sometimes if I'd need to flag someone down to correct a mistake in an order, I got the feeling that they were purposefully ignoring me because they didn't want to go up to the counter and speak face to face. There are pros and cons to every system, and only ordering through the kiosk instead of a human cashier is efficient in its own way, and theoretically makes speaking to the baristas face to face unnecessary. But the reality is that since there's a large margin of human error in the actual drinks, it's not feasible for the employees to seemingly try to avoid being in front of the counter as much as possible. Finally, I don't understand why the stickers with the redeem codes are only on the cold drink cups and not the hot drink cups. If I'm ordering a drink then I should get a redeem code, I don't see why it should be gatekept by drink temperature. Some of the workers would be accommodating and hand me an extra cold cup so I could get my code, but others just shrugged and just told me I'm out of luck, which made me feel cheated and soured my experience. read more

This store location has consistently dropped the ball on my pre-paid orders from the mobile app a handful of times at the least. The order they screwed up this time is supposed to have two mini cakes ready for pick up with order #4760: one Matcha mini box and one Chocolate min box. When I showed up to pick up my order, the girls at the register said they don't know why the Chocolate min box is not placed in my order bag, and the Chocolate min box has already sold out. This is the nth time I have experienced similar problems like this with my order, either they gave the order I've already paid to someone else, or the mobile app doesn't reflect the accurate information of the available items in store. The two girls at the register try to persuade me to get a different flavored cake to substitute the missing Chocolate mini box cake, I told them I have no interest in other flavors at all. The situation was very upsetting especially seeing their unapologetic and careless attitude, so I asked to speak to their store manager to refund me the entire order. It turns out the next person, a dark red hair & short Asian girl who came up to talk to me without a name tag has PRETENDED to be the store manager, said she has processed my refund with an angry face and unapologetic attitude even worse than the first two girls. When I asked her to print out a refund receipt instead of a verbal confirmation expecting me to simply take her word for it, she said she already fulfilled my refund request, but the system won't be able to print any written confirmation. I found out that was all BS after I started asking for her name, instead of giving her name she said she will get THE STORE MANAGER on the phone to see what they can do. This was the moment when she blew her cover, and I realized I wasn't even talking to a store manager the entire time. Guess what, just a few minutes after she started talking to her store manager on the phone, she printed out a paper receipt showing my refund!!! Their incompetence and dishonest customer service just amaze me. I'm too disgusted to go back and continue to be a customer there. read more

The mini cake dream boxes were incredible- very fluffy cake (I got the rose lychee- would've paired a picture but I scarfed it down too fast). Such a fruity treat!! I got the Lychee Blossom which was a lychee slushy topped with edible rose petals - so pretty! I actually tasted the lychee and it had pieces of fresh lychee in the drink so you know they use actual fruit. My friend got the Baby Peach and she was also impressed with the fresh fruit flavor. It can definitely get a little pricey especially if you add toppings such as boba and jelly but their fruit drinks are worth the treat! read more

this location is at the lower level food court, right by the escalator and across from the shake shack. there's plenty of space to wait for your drinks and sometimes you can find seating at the food court. the drinks here are soooo good and unique i loved it!! i ordered the hot taro ube and it was amazing at first. i rlly enjoyed it but the more i drank it the more it got too much and i didn't even end finish it; it got nauseating. i think i'd reorder it but just iced instead. all of my friends drinks were good; they got the matcha, mango, and lychee. what rlly disappointed me was how they didn't have any of the bake goods. we came right at opening and were told to come back in 15 min. we came back in 30 and they still didn't have the baked goods; which was super disappointing as i was looking forward to trying the ube croissant. overall i think i'd come back to try more of the drinks, but i definitely wasn't 100% satisfied with my experience. read more
