My…read morehusband and I stayed here for a week and decided on this resort because of the all inclusive option. There weren't many all inclusive options in Ibiza, and the pictures and reviews of this resort looked amazing. Ibiza is not cheap by any means, so an all inclusive resort is a great way to get the Ibiza experience. First and foremost this is a family oriented resort. Nothing wrong with that but pretty much every guest (that we observed during our stay) had kids. They have a great kids club/babysitting services and across the street they have a HUGE kids water park with a restaurant. This resort is okay for couples, but better suited for families. This resort is located " in the middle of nowhere" so it's very far from Ibiza City and a comfortable bus ride away from San Antonio [city]. Although there is literally nothing by this resort, the scenery everywhere is just BEAUTIFUL. The entire resort property is full of Mediterranean foliage and scenery. Lots of "photo ops" for all you tourists! Upon arrival we were greeted by exceptional service; everyone was very nice to us, even all throughout our stay. We got to our room however all we could smell was paint. Obviously this room was just painted. We called the front desk immediately and they took care of us right away by moving us to a new room, which was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was decent size and the bed's comfort was alright. They offer room service which is nice. They offer a few restaurant options with good food, no complaints. The buffet is the main dining hub serving breakfast, lunch, & dinner at set times of the day. Everything I had was delicious, however I expected much more Spanish food. This resort really caters to English tourists as that is their largest tourist demographic. Lots of "English" food options which is great if you're English but as an American with picky taste buds there weren't many options for me. They did have a variety of Italian, Asian, American features on a daily basis (i.e. pasta night for the special). The sunset bar gives probably the best view of an Ibiza sunset - just breathtaking and will leave you speechless! The "house" cava they offer was seriously DELICIOUS. I did indulge in a few tropical drinks during my stay but I had so much of their cava I couldn't get enough of it! My biggest complaint about our whole stay was the main pool. It was absolutely FREEZING, we could barely swim in it. The pool area is beautiful and they have plenty of lounges. The main pool is great for families; they have a separate adult pool near the beach. The adult pool is also a decent size and offers a handful of bali beds! Which are so comfortable; if you want one you need to get to the pool early! Access to the beach is very near the adult pool. To my knowledge the resort has a private beach however when we went to set up to lay on the beach, we were asked twice by different guys to pay them in order to lay there. Not sure if it was a scam. However the beach and the water are just so beautiful...the beauty cannot be captured in a picture. The concierge was most helpful. He took quite a bit of time showing us a map of Ibiza and where to go for shopping, dining, and clubs. Especially explaining the bus route/schedule and pricing. Taking the bus to San Antonio is the best. You'll want to take a taxi to and from the airport or Ibiza City. Underneath the main pool next to the Kids club is a store where they sell toiletries, kids food & diapers, snacks, gifts, etc. it's perfect if you forgot to pack something. They also have a few entertainment options at night. Contact the concierge for scheduling times.
