The spice market is not big but the surrounding market is a big extension to the market. The best and premium items in the bazaar. The surrounding market vendor gives you bargains with price on the outside. We got the turkey coffee on the outside market. Even the Turkish delight is cheaper at outside.

For interesting Turkish food products, check out the tahini, pekmez (grape molasses), blackberry concentrate, spicy berber pepper paste, or salep powder. We particularly enjoyed the zingy whole ginger and tangy whole pitted dried nectarines.

Very reasonable prices and the owner happily gave me recommendations on how to use some of the spices. The lokum prices and quality is pretty good too ( esp Rose, and rose with pomegranate). The hibiscus tea is amazing. Its easy to get lost in the spice market, I am glad I found a spot and will definitely return whenever I go back!
