Whatever beliefs you may have, you can take away something from Linda and her sessions as she is sensitive to a person's personal space & beliefs and is only there to alleviate what is troubling you. 30 minutes of tuning out the world and focusing on yourself and your quiet space was is something I recommend for anyone.
