So clearly there was a language barrier, but no biggie. There is a separate menu for AYCE (w/ pictures so that helps). Basically you order a round of food and you'd have to finish everything on your plate or else you'd pay extra, I think it was either 1 or 2 €. I've never heard of this concept before but it's good that you're not being wasteful. Be aware that everyone on the table must either order from the AYCE or the regular menu.
I dined with some friends late in the evening. The ambience was noisy but you could carry on a conversation without having to yell at each other. At least you won't have to worry about others hearing your convo.
On to the service, they made some mistakes with my order, sending fried rice that I didn't want but I didn't turn away either. They tried this a second time but it wasn't going to fly with me. I should've been more tactical and not order anything fried or too heavy so I was out by round 3. The waitresses were a bit pushy and in a rush to take your order. I mean I understand they don't tip around here but c'mon!
Surprisingly this was the best meal I've had in this hood, however because of the sub-par service they are getting 3/5. read more
