Ok. so when he did agree to come plow me out of snow , He was at my house literally, 10 minutes, and in that ten minutes i had to call him on his cell phone because he had left. i asked him to plow the front part of my street by my post box. of which he didn't plow the street , he shoveled around my postbox. the purpose of plowing the street is so my mail could get delivered he has threatened to put me on a black list because his services are not working out . he has nonsense standards for his business just wants his money. what recourse does one of his customers have ? i would definitely not recommend phenomelawn llc , tomah customer be ware.
