One of the accounts that I had there was deleted, not by me. I logged into support and created a support ticket. I received a response from Matej G tell me he could recover the website but needed to verify me. OK, since I was logged into my account, the only account that could send the ticket for support, I thought it was obvious. I gave him the info and waited. and waited. asked if things were ok and he responded that I didn't give him enough info to verify me. So I gave it to him again and waited, waited, waited. Asked again for help. Asked again if anyone could help.... he finally responded that he sent my issue to billing... have a nice day. I have tried calling them but they never answer the phone, Eternal hold. I left the call going for 3 hours. NO SUPPORT! My customer who's website is missing is not happy and I have a guy that does not want to support someone. I will be moving my other websites to Hostgator because tonite when I called they answered. I don't know if hostgator is better but I do know JaguarPC is not good.

This web designer told a good story but in the end, things had been done which resulted in Google dropping all my testimonials as well as causing other operational issues on my website. Now I needed to find another web designer to fix the problems created by the previous one. In my search, I was speaking with a trusted friend who highly recommended Chris Heidlebaugh so I took a chance and contacted Chris. Chris is truly unique in that he is knowledgeable, humble and truly wanted, not only to help, but he "went the extra mile" to do everything he could do to accomplish the results I needed. Chris accomplished this by creating a YouTube video which explained to me the crucial issues with my website that prohibited me from getting the hits I needed on my website. Chris fixed the issues immediately and was very professional. Chris always returned my phone calls in a timely manner, he answered all my questions in a way I could understand and he was very timely in doing everything he said he would do. Now, just last month, November 2020, the phone stopped ringing and I contacted my Web Hosting Service, which I had been using for approximately 7 years, and they informed me that they were unable to host my website on the platform they had been using because they changed to another. They dropped my website without giving me any notice! They had not backed up my website either so it resulted in the loss of most everything that had been on my website including my testimonials and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me retrieve it! Now I had to start over. I was in panic mode when I remembered how Chris had helped me 1 1/2 years ago. So I called Chris and was surprised he remembered me. Sensing my panic, he calmed me down and immediately went to task, and having the knowledge and skill, was able to access the archives and began rebuilding my website. Chris worked on my website continuously without excuse or delay, all while keeping in close communication with me on the progress, until my website had been completely rebuilt! As a business owner, Chris is an exception to the rule in today's world. Chris truly cares about his clients.
