Never again.... Huge amount of money spent with this company and all I have is broken promises and no recourse, they are sure to cover them selves with the contract but not there customer (You). Might have started out good but now.... they don't communicate with you about changes they make at your sites back end, thus leaving us with no orders being processed for 3 days. When the sites are down (which does happen to often for my liking), you cant get through to anyone and the updates that they say they are going to give on their FB page don't come for hours! A big huge fat 0 when it comes to customer service Zeald. I would not have a business if this was the way I treated my customers. read more
